Meet the Team

At age 21, Loren created Ideal Carpet Cleaning and was owner/operator for many years. He later expanded the company to include restoration and environmental services. Loren plays a crucial role in maintaining customer relations, overseeing budget and monetary expenditures, and keeping the workplace fun and exciting.

Outside of work, he is a proud father to two wonderful daughters and is a devoted dog owner to his “baby boy” Charlie. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going on morning runs, dirt biking, water sports, and cold plunges; all this in an effort to maintain a healthy and prolonged life style.

For more than a decade, Garrett has worked in the restoration industry in a variety of roles and locations, building extensive experience and leadership along the way. As Co-Owner and General Manager of Ideal, he oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations. Despite his years of experience, Garrett is continually pursuing opportunities to grow through lectures, classes, seminars, and ongoing training to better serve clients and develop highly effective technicians.

When he’s not working, which is rare, Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. He has a passion for all things electric, from motorcycles to go-karts, and especially enjoys converting older gas-powered vehicles into modern electric vehicles.

His top priorities in life are strengthening his relationship with God, raising strong, capable, and dependable children alongside his wife, and continuing to lead Ideal to new heights.

Born and raised in Arizona, Bryce has been married for 16 years and is the proud father of five amazing children. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys serving in his church and community.

As a Project Manager at Ideal, Bryce is a firm believer that “where there’s a will, there’s a way.” He is always willing to take on a challenge and see every job through to completion. With a positive mindset and strong determination, Bryce lives by the motto: “We are the solution — some of us just might not know it yet!”

Having lived in Arizona for more than 15 years, he enjoys being part of the community and the lifestyle the state has to offer. He is married, a proud father of two children, and enjoys spending much of his free time with family.

He has a passion for sports, movies, and music, which continue to be some of his favorite ways to relax and connect with others. Earlier in his career, he worked as a golf professional-an experience that helped shape his strong work ethic, communication skills, discipline, and commitment to customer service.

He values family, hard work, and maintaining a positive outlook, and enjoys building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally.

Curtis has lived all across the United States, but about 12 years ago he found his home in Arizona, where he fell in love with the desert, met his wife, and started a family. He’s a proud father of two amazing kids who inherited his energy, humor, and larger-than-life personality.

When he’s not spending time with his family, Curtis can usually be found writing jokes or performing at comedy open mics around the Valley, chasing the rush of making people laugh one mic at a time. Whether on stage, at home, or out in the community, he’s someone who believes in growth, hard work, and leading by example. Curtis is constantly pushing himself to become a better man, father, husband, and friend, while encouraging the people around him to do the same.

A mix of grit, humor, and heart, Curtis brings passion and authenticity into everything he does.

Born and raised in the Arizona desert, Brody has had the opportunity to watch the Valley grow while continuing to appreciate the beauty that makes it unique. He met his wife at a young age, marrying at just 20 years old, and together they quickly started their family, raising three beautiful children.

Brody enjoys spending his free time with his wife and kids, whether through everyday moments or sharing his favorite hobbies with them, including camping, riding quads, and a few of his more “nerdy” interests. He has spent the last 10 years working in the trades, including three years in electrical work and the past seven years with Ideal.

Brody takes pride in being hardworking, dependable, and always willing to learn and grow both professionally and personally.

Born and raised in Arizona, Kyle has a strong connection to the desert Southwest and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. He enjoys off-roading, camping, and spending time outside whenever possible. He is also an avid NASCAR fan and appreciates the focus, precision, and teamwork the sport represents.

Alongside his personal interests, Kyle has a strong passion for technology and continuous learning. He enjoys understanding how systems work and finding ways to improve efficiency, communication, and overall performance in both field and office environments.

Kyle is married and a proud father of two kids, which keeps him grounded and motivated in everything he does. Family plays a central role in his life and reinforces the importance of hard work, accountability, and integrity.

Professionally, Kyle values being a dependable team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. He takes pride in clear communication, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time. His goal is always to contribute to a strong team environment and help deliver consistent, high-quality results.
